In Ramadan 1442H/2021M, Nouvelle Optique (France) was distributed the Ramadan Meal Iftar to Muslim Families in Cambodia more than 2000 packages which implemented by Cambodian Muslim Intellectual Alliance (CMIA). 2210 Ramadan Meal Iftar Packages were distributed to 10,000 Muslim people who live in the Phnom Penh City in Cambodia. Because of the serious spreading of Covid-19 in Cambodia, the government doesn’t allow us to distribute the packages to other places, thus; we can only distribute to the needy Muslim families, orphans, students, lectures and Muslim volunteer doctors to anti COVID-19 who live in Chrang Cham Res District, Russey Keo Commune, and Phnom Penh City, Cambodia for this year. Insha’Allah, we will try best to share and distribute the packages to the needy Muslim families who live in the remote areas if we have an opportunity to distribute it for the next year. Of course, there were 10 days of our mission started from 13 April - 23 April 2021 and there are five CMIA’s staffs and four teachers of Al-Rahman International school had cooperated to distribute from one village to another. We divided two groups to distribute per day. In fact, each package had contained 1 kg of fried chicken, a box of rice, a box of fruit and soft drink.

On 30 October 2019, H.E HOSEN MOHAMAD FARID, Advisor to Ministry of Cult and Religion and the chairman of Cambodian Muslim Intellectual Alliance (CMIA) and Islamic Council for Development of Cambodia (ICDC), officially inaugurated the MASJID ASSHAHID which is located in Soy II Village, Bers I Commune, Krouch Chhmar District, Tboung Khmum Province after the inauguration of MASJID ALMAIMUNAH on 29 October. Another recent achievement of Muslim in France from Nouvelle Optique through Islamic Council for Development of Cambodia has been spent in the amount of thirty-three thousand dollars (33,000USD). The inaugural participants were H.E Nazi Sleh, Advisor to the Ministry of Information, Deputy Governor of Khrouch Chhmar District, Chiefs of Commune, Village, Association, organization and more than three hundred residents

On October 29th, 2019, It was the day of grand opening ceremony of MASJID ALMAIMUNAH and also the birthday of the seventy-four-years-old of the donor, DATO HAJI ABD RAHMAN BIN HAJI IBRAHIM who sponsored this MASJID in the amount of sixty thousand dollars (60,000USD) with the size of 15m2 x 20m2. The ceremony was presided by H.E HOSEN MOHAMAD FARID, Advisor to Ministry of Cult and Religion , and the chairman of Cambodian Muslim Intellectual Alliance (CMIA) and Islamic Council for Development of Cambodia (ICDC), DATO’S WAN MOHAMAD DATO’S SHEIKH ABDUL AZIZ, Former Director of Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) and DATO HAJI ABD RAHMAN BIN HAJI IBRAHIM, Director of Rahman Bothers Moto Malaysia together with more than three hundred residents and students participated in the event. In addition, DATO HAJI ABD RAHMAN BIN HAJI IBRAHIM, who helped build Al-Rahman International School which is located at Tbong Khmoum province in the amount of one hundred sixty thousand dollars (160,000 USD), thus; he has donated more than two hundred twenty thousand dollars (220,000 USD) through Cambodia Muslim Intellectual Alliance. Al-Rahman International School has started the new academic year 2019-2020 from September 02, 2019 with new update of curriculumn include: Al-Quran, Arbaic , English
and the spacially is Mental Arithmetic program.
